The Strength of Mind ® website is dedicated to facilitating the process of bringing together psychiatrists and mental health patients who can beneficially utilize the website for online treatment of psychiatric conditions. It is all about helping people conquer problems of confidentiality and scheduling in mental health treatment. Timeliness and convenience for everyone are the goals.
Patients can describe their symptoms and problems when they are fresh in their minds, anytime and anywhere an Internet access can be obtained. Psychiatrists respond with treatment recommendations at their own convenience. Physician efficiency is enhanced.
It must be emphasized that the Strength of Mind ® website merely facilitates treatment through an online medium, the Internet. It does not do any treatment; psychiatrists and medical staff under their supervision provide actual treatment.
